Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end DTC accounts remotely. You will interact directly with clients, present results and plans, and defend your strategies. You will manage feeds, landing pages, and tracking to maximize NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency and willingness to work US Eastern hours. You will work with brands spending from $5k/month to six figures monthly, across Meta and Google, focusing on

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.
• Experience with Google Ads solutions in Measurement, Creatives and Media strategy.
• Experience in sales, proactive and organized person with ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feeds, landing pages, and conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report them distinctly.
• Understand and critique PMax performance and separation of branded vs. non-branded volume.
• Own tracking and analytics setup across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
