Job summary

Appvertiser AI is hiring an entry-level Client Success Associate to be the main contact for platform clients, ensuring they succeed with the product and grow with us. You’ll learn UA and app marketing from the ground up and, over time, run campaigns for clients.

You’ll onboard clients, gather feedback for the product team, and share best practices to maximize platform value. Strong English, AI tooling experience, and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Very strong analytical skills.
• Background in marketing/advertising/economics or similar.
• You learn technical topics fast and will learn UA, attribution, and our product.
• You’re an AI enthusiast who already builds with AI tools.
• Clear, proactive communication and enjoy talking to clients.
• Organized and reliable: you follow up, keep notes, and don’t let things slip.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of platform clients and ensure they get value from the product.
• Onboard new clients and train them to use the platform based on their goals.
• Serve as the bridge between clients and the product team: gather feedback and advocate for features.
• Share new features and best practices so clients maximize platform use.
• Be the first responder to client questions or issues and see them through to resolution.
• Learn UA and app marketing in depth and run campaigns for selected clients.
