Job summary

ASAPP, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Manager to own a broad AI-native surface spanning the Messaging Platform, Virtual Agent, and related channels. You will become the go-to expert for customers, account teams, and executives, shaping a moving target as AI evolves.

You will set strategy and roadmaps across multiple surfaces, collaborate with engineering and sales, and drive measurable outcomes with a docs-first approach. This role is remote with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or AI platforms.
• Ability to own a complex, multi-surface product area with minimal oversight.
• Experience with enterprise customers and delivery teams translating pain into roadmap.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving to clarity.
• Track record of shipping features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the Messaging Platform and AI-assisted interactions roadmap.
• Define Virtual Agent and channels roadmap across Web, iOS, Android, RCS, and voice.
• Lead AI Services: summarize conversations, transcription, and AI-augmented responses.
• Be the go-to expert on Human + AI collaboration for customers and internal teams.
• Own external documentation for the surface and drive a docs-first approach.
