Latino Legends is seeking an Administrative Manager to lead remote administrative operations for a US-based construction firm serving Texas, Arizona, and other markets. You will oversee scheduling, invoicing, documentation, and client communications while guiding a remote team of administrative professionals.

• 3+ years in administrative management or operational supervision, preferably remote teams.
• Bilingual English and Spanish to coordinate with US executives and field crews.
• Experience with construction documentation, billing, change orders, and job dispatching.

• Lead and mentor the remote administrative team across markets.
• Manage job setup, change orders, billing, documentation, and client communications.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and vendor/COI records.
• Produce regular leadership reports on margins, AR, and team output.
