Latino Legends is partnering with a fast-growing U.S. real estate development and property firm to hire a Construction Assistant who will own administrative and operational workflows remotely, keep contractors accountable, and ensure projects move from start to finish without delays.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in admin/ops, strong English communication, and autonomy. You will source bids, manage permits, track inspections, and maintain meticulous project files using Google Drive, Coda, and

Competenze

• 1–2+ years of administrative, operations, or project coordination experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional composure.
• Able to manage complex schedules and compliance steps autonomously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Source 2–3 competitive bids per project.
• Draft Scopes of Work (SOWs) for RFPs with Construction Manager.
• Verify contractor documents (licenses, COIs, W-9s).
• Administer agreements, sign-offs, and invoices.
• Maintain all project files in Google Drive and Coda.
• Input data for new builds in Rent Manager and track permits.
