Job summary

Hyre is seeking an organized Construction Project Coordinator based in Latin America to coordinate project administration and assist Project Managers. The role includes client-facing calls to confirm scope and relay details to the PM, with about 50% time on calls.

You will review project files, ensure client requirements are met, prepare purchase orders, track schedules and budgets, and support weekly updates with Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry in a coordinator/administrative role; CSR and customer-facing communication experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent for high-volume calls.
• Working knowledge of current business software for drafting, reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries, confirming full scope of work via calls.
• Coordinate project administration and assist Project Managers.
• Audit project files and ensure forms are completed for internal processes.
• Prepare purchase orders, track schedules and budgets, and validate documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on progress and billing updates.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
