Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support AR/AP, commission calculations, and reconciliations. You will work closely with finance and sales teams to ensure invoices, payments, and financial reporting are accurate. The role requires Salesforce expertise, QuickBooks or Bill.com proficiency, and strong Excel skills.

The position is full-time and remote, with US business hours. You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to month-end close and financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience including AR/AP
• Salesforce experience is mandatory and non-negotiable
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com is mandatory
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices, track balances, and follow up on overdue payments
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Calculate and process sales commissions per compensation plans
• Maintain commission reports and verify against sales data
• Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliations and assist month-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks or similar systems
• Use Salesforce to manage sales data, generate reports, and support commissions
• Prepare financial and operational reports for internal teams
• Reconcile data across accounting systems, CRM, and spreadsheets
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across records
