Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to take over day-to-day accounting for a growing US business. You will handle billing, payroll, card reconciliation and bookkeeping in NetSuite, and work directly with the business owner and their CPA.

This remote role requires strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across time zones during US Central Time business hours, with experience in accounts receivable and payroll and the capacity to work with a CPA.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Experience with accounts receivable, payroll and card reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes
• Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style
• Available to work during US Central Time business hours
• Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools

• Support a smooth handover from the current accounting agency
