Veta Virtual is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist for a fully remote position with a US-based client in financial services. You will own end-to-end revenue operations, from quotes and invoices to reconciliation, tracking receivables, and timely collections, while collaborating with the accounting team to support accurate revenue reporting.

- 2+ years accounting in U.S.-based companies.
- Experience with full revenue cycle: quote-to-cash.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe.
- Ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy.
- Experience with process improvements and automation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end revenue operations from quotes to collections.
- Review accuracy against orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to invoicing questions and manage collections with resolve.
- Support revenue reporting with accounting and SQL outputs review.
- Optimize QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and related systems; drive automation.
