The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling complex quoting, pricing, and data migrations, while maintaining high data quality and using structured processes in a remote work setting.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise required.
• Fundamentals of Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
• Remote work capability and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
• Identify duplicates and standardize data structures and pipeline info.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue processes in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Assist with revenue planning, forecasting, and GTM workflows.
• Create documentation and SOPs for CRM processes.
