Vivant is a fast-growing U.S.-based MSP delivering enterprise-grade connectivity, networking, VoIP, and managed IT solutions across the United States. We are expanding our remote team in LATAM and seek an Accounting Officer who thrives in a dynamic, client- and vendor-facing environment.

You will support accounting, billing, AR/AP, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting, billing, AR/AP, or related roles.
• Experience supporting a U.S. or international company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting inquiries via email and phone.
• Bill clients accurately for completed services.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect balances.
• Review vendor invoices and process accounts payable.
• Coordinate with vendors on payments and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payments to service providers.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile the general ledger.
• Conduct periodic audits for billing accuracy.
• Create SOPs and training materials.
• Identify automation to improve workflows and controls.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Support financial reporting and related projects.
