Job summary

WSP's global Software Asset Management team is seeking a Specialist to manage a large software portfolio across Latin America and other international regions. The role requires hands-on licensing experience and the ability to operate in a high-volume, multi-vendor environment.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and publishers to support licensing decisions, compliance, renewals, and optimization, and report to the SAM Hub Leader.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM.
• Strong understanding of licensing models and entitlements.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across multiple publishers and models.
• Maintain entitlements and software asset records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Prioritize high-volume requests and contribute to SAM process improvements.
