Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team and oversee a large software portfolio across Latin America. The role combines licensing expertise with multi-vendor coordination to ensure compliance, optimization and timely delivery of services.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering, interpret licensing terms across publishers, manage renewals and entitlements, and drive process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing in multi-vendor environments.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud).
• Experience managing large software portfolios for regional/global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
