Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team that manages a large, complex software portfolio across Latin America and beyond. You will handle licensing decisions, renewals and optimization while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge and the ability to operate in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment, with English and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience and SAM responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain software asset and entitlement records including purchasing/licensing info.
