Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to support licensing decisions and optimization across Latin America and international regions. You’ll manage requests, track entitlements, and coordinate renewals while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and fluent English and Spanish to interact with regional and global stakeholders. Based in a large, dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience in licensing and ITAM.
• Strong knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
