Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee licensing across a large, multi-publisher portfolio in LATAM and beyond. You will partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to optimize license usage and drive cost efficiency.

The role requires strong SAM knowledge, experience with Snow/Flexera/ServiceNow, and fluency in English and Spanish to engage regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM, licensing, or ITAM with SAM responsibilities.
• Experience with multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Ability to interpret entitlements, renewals, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
