Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our regional SAM team across LATAM. You will manage licensing requests, entitlements and renewals, while coordinating with IT, Procurement and Finance to ensure compliance and cost efficiency across multiple publishers.

It's a high-volume role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail and fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with Snow, Flexera or ServiceNow SAM is a plus, and a related IT/Engineering degree is

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience including licensing, entitlements and audits.
Strong understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchasing info.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs.
Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
