Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team and manage a large software portfolio across Latin America. You will apply hands-on licensing knowledge and work with regional and global stakeholders to ensure accurate licensing decisions and timely service delivery.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to optimize software usage, maintain records and support audits in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing broad software portfolios across publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Manage high volumes and competing priorities while improving SAM processes.
