WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team. You will manage software licensing across multiple publishers, interpret terms, and ensure compliance while driving optimization.

The role requires collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and English/Spanish proficiency to work with regional and global

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, utilization, compliance, audits.
• Ability to juggle high volumes and prioritize urgent requests.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish with regional/global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchases.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engr and vendors.
• Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
