Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large regional portfolio in Latin America and beyond. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing decisions and timely service delivery.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and the ability to work in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment while communicating in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and software asset lifecycles.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms across multiple publishers and models.
• Maintain software asset records including purchasing and entitlements.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost optimization with stakeholders.
