Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage software licensing across a large Latin America portfolio, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure compliance and optimization. You will handle entitlements, renewals and licensing models in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong attention to detail, and fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors.
• Balance competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
