Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with Visio, Smartsheet, Power Automate, PowerApps or similar tools.

• Interview stakeholders, document current-state challenges, and assess impacts.
• Plan requirements sessions; capture decisions, actions, dependencies and follow-ups.
• Elicit and document business, functional, and process requirements for recruitment events and direct client implementations.
• Create and maintain current/future state process maps and data flows.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for TA adoption.
• Assist in developing template materials for centralized or virtual event management.

Recruiting Coordinator and Business Analyst

The Recruiting Coordinator and Business Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting recruiters across different business units by providing process support, documentation, and assistance with Talent Acquisition (TA) technologies for both internal and external clients. This role offers an opportunity to support recruitment processes while learning about business processes and managing project-related tasks. This position offers flexibility with remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst

• Collaborate with Operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand recruitment business needs, align priorities, and identify opportunities for process improvement where applicable.
• Investigate technology and process issues by conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting current-state challenges, assessing business impacts, and evaluating potential solutions.
• Plan and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings; capture decisions, action items, dependencies, and follow-up activities.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and process requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for recruiting event management and recruitment direct client implementation.
• Create and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, data flows, and supporting documentation to identify gaps, handoffs, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, how-to materials, and training guides that support consistent adoption of new or improved processes.
• Assist with developing template materials for various groups in Talent Acquisition to support centralized or virtual event management, direct client implementation, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of and experience in recruitment.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in internet applications and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency in English language, written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global capacity.
• Experience with Visio, Smartsheet, Power Automate, PowerApps, or similar tools.
