• 3+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proven track record managing and growing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Strong in-platform experience with social media tools and analytics platforms.
• Pharma or healthcare experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop content ideas and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the social media paid advertising planning, buying, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, including QAs and campaign optimizations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the Social Supervisor to report on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Partner with other media planning, media buying, and analytics departments to provide sound, research-based campaign strategies, plans and implementation approaches that drive tangible client business impact.
• Leverage data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and derive insights and strategic recommendations to improve KPIs and campaign results.
• Listen and stay engaged with relevant discussion about our clients, competitors, and/or industry
• Nurture key relationships with platform reps to increase opportunities and remain up to date on pharmaceutical and healthcare branded and unbranded content regulations and restrictions

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Social Media Planner. This position plays an important role in activating our media buys within each channel through flawless execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, a strong understanding of content strategy, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver successful campaigns. Passion for great performance is a must – the ideal candidate will proactively assist the team on a variety of tasks for existing campaigns while helping to craft new setup initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the social media paid advertising planning, buying, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, including QAs and campaign optimizations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the Social Supervisor to report on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Strong in-platform experience across social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
• Expertise in creating data-driven social media strategies and optimizing campaigns for performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content ideas and strategies.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare is required
• Excellent presentation skills, and history of successful client engagements
• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
