Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Technical UI Designer to bridge UX/UI design and technical implementation for real-time experiences.

You will translate wireframes and visuals into scalable, maintainable UI in Unreal Engine, collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers. You will build reusable UI components, ensure data-driven interfaces, and support multi-platform requirements while addressing localization and accessibility considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Unreal Engine for real-time interactive products.
• Hands-on with UMG, Widget Blueprints, and Blueprint scripting.
• Experience creating reusable UI components and systems.
• Strong grasp of UI states, navigation, and data-driven interfaces.
• Ability to translate design specs and wireframes into production-ready UI.
• Experience debugging and optimizing real-time UI.
• Collaborative with design, art, and engineering teams.
• Ability to articulate technical constraints and propose practical solutions while preserving design intent.

Responsibilities

• Translate wireframes and visual designs into functional UI within Unreal Engine.
• Break UI features into clear implementation tasks and identify dependencies and risks.
• Build and maintain UI using UMG, Widget Blueprints, and Blueprint scripting.
• Create reusable, modular UI components for multiple screens and states.
• Implement data-driven interfaces with clean separation between data and presentation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, artists, and engineers to deliver polished features.
• Support multiple resolutions, input methods, and platform requirements.
• Consider localization and accessibility during UI implementation.
• Profile, debug, and optimize UI performance and memory usage.
• Contribute to UI workflows, tooling, and production processes.
