GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking a seasoned QA Lead/QA Automation Lead to drive quality across complex financial services applications. You will mentor teams, perform hands-on testing, and shape the SDLC quality practices.

You will define a phased automation strategy, align tests with risk, integrate tests into CI/CD, and communicate release readiness to clients and stakeholders. English proficiency required; travel may be involved.

Formación

• Proven experience as a QA Lead / QA Automation Lead.
• Hands-on with manual and automated testing across SDLC.
• Experience guiding QA teams and mentoring peers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA Team and actively participate in manual and automated testing throughout the SDLC.
• Define and implement the overall QA and Test Automation Strategy.
• Develop and maintain a phased automation roadmap based on risk and business value.
• Plan and execute all required testing activities: functional, API, UI, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory.
• Lead the implementation of automated tests using Playwright or similar frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor QA team members while remaining hands-on when required.
• Lead defect triage and Root Cause Analysis for critical defects.
• Communicate quality status, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage challenging stakeholders and negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and product quality.
