Serial De La Torre is seeking a Manager, Project Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role leads the Client Delivery Team, mentors staff, and ensures high-quality project management aligned with FDA/ICH/EMEA guidelines.

The candidate should have a Life Sciences degree, at least 4 years in clinical trials or related settings, and advanced English. Direct line management experience is preferred, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment
• Advanced English proficiency required; CVs must be submitted in English
• Direct line management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Project Services processes or central laboratory operations preferred
• Experience leading large, global Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred, or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day activities of the Client Delivery Team and develop staff
• Plan, assign, and direct work; manage performance and development
• Assess project management talent and implement improvements for quality service
• Promote customer service and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders
• Ensure studies are planned and executed per FDA, ICH, and EMEA guidelines
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across departments, vendors, sponsors, and regulators
• Participate in customer meetings, bid defenses, governance, audits and inspections
• Monitor and report team performance against contracts and client expectations
