Job summary

Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensure FDA/ICH/EMEA guidance is followed, and drive continuous process improvements during the project lifecycle while meeting stakeholder expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials, hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment.
• Advanced English proficiency; CVs must be submitted in English.
• Direct line management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Project Services processes or central laboratory operations.
• Experience leading large, global Phase I–IV clinical trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop assigned staff while overseeing day-to-day activities.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; manage performance and professional development.
• Assess project management talent and implement improvements.
• Promote customer service by identifying issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Ensure clinical studies are planned and executed per FDA, ICH and EMEA guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Project Services, internal departments, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, governance activities, audits and inspections.
• Monitor and report team performance against contractual commitments and objectives.
