Workana Llc in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Manager, Project Services to lead the Client Delivery Team, develop staff, and drive high-quality project management services across clinical trials and related research programs.

The role requires strong people management, global trial leadership experience, and advanced English proficiency, with collaboration across internal and external partners to meet contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in clinical trials, hospital-funded research, PM or lab.
• Advanced English proficiency; CVs in English.
• Direct line management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH/EMEA guidelines.
• Experience leading large, global Phase I-IV trials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop assigned staff while overseeing day-to-day activities in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; manage performance; guide professional development; provide recognition or corrective action.
• Assess project management talent and implement improvements for high-quality service delivery.
• Promote best-in-class customer service by identifying issues and coordinating resolutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure clinical studies are planned and executed per FDA, ICH, and EMEA guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Project Services, internal departments, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, bid defenses, governance activities, audits, investigator meetings, and regulatory interactions.
• Monitor and report team performance against contractual commitments and client expectations.
