IQVIA Laboratories in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Manager, Project Services to lead the Client Delivery Team, overseeing day-to-day PM activities and staff development. You will support client and company objectives and drive improvements in operational processes across studies and vendors.

The role emphasizes adherence to FDA/ICH/EMEA guidelines, strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and proactive communication to meet contractual commitments and client expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency required; CVs submitted in English.
• Direct line management experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop staff while overseeing daily activities in line with policies and regulations.
• Plan, direct work; manage performance; drive professional development.
• Assess project management talent and implement process improvements for quality service.
• Ensure high-quality client service by identifying issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Oversee clinical studies in compliance with FDA, ICH, and EMEA guidelines.
