You will manage timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and client relationships, with a bachelor's degree and 4+ years in clinical research or healthcare product delivery. This is a hands-on role that emphasizes proactive communication and measurable outcomes across accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years’ relevant experience in clinical research, clinical trial operations, healthcare, or a related field.
• Strong client management skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM platforms (Wrike, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client relationship lead for assigned accounts and studies, facilitating regular touch points and monitoring satisfaction.
• Support senior leads in development and execution of customer success and delivery strategies.
• Demonstrate robust cross-functional project management for timely implementation, onboarding, and delivery of digital products.
• Review and oversee timelines, action plans, and meeting notes; communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities among clients, study teams, product leads, tech teams and other stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery performance, budgets, risks, and client priorities; escalate when needed.
