Flowserve Corporation is seeking Production Supervisors to direct operations with a focus on production and quality, driving safe practices and policy adherence. The role requires lean manufacturing expertise, strong Excel and project planning skills, and a background in mechanical or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities include coordinating production planning across multiple work centers, managing KPIs, and solving lean manufacturing problems, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in production/industrial environment.
• ISO-9000-14000 experience is desirable.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).

Responsabilités

• Direct activities within the operations team focusing on production and quality.
• Maintain and promote safe working practices in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate production planning across different work centers.
• Monitor KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, and rework.
• Analyze and solve problems using lean manufacturing methods.
• Maintain excellent Excel-based reporting and data analysis.
• Utilize Microsoft Project or similar tools for project tracking.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Mechanical or industrial engineer.
• Experience with ISO-9000-14000
