Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations, ensure efficient production, and promote safe work practices within established policies.

Candidates should have a mechanical or industrial engineering background, hands-on lean tools experience, and proficiency in Excel and MS Project; 5–7 years in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Statistical process control knowledge.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Experience with ISO standards.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).

• Direct activities within the operations team related to production and quality.

Role Summary

Production Supervisors direct activities within the operations team as it relates to production and quality. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures.
