Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure quality, and enforce safety in line with established policies. The role requires strong experience in lean methods and production planning across multiple work centers.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or industrial engineering background.
• BS/BA in a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production activities with the operations team.
• Ensure production meets quality and safety policies.
• Plan production in multiple work centers to optimize flow.
• Monitor KPIs: utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap and rework.
• Analyze lean manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain thorough Excel-based reports and data analysis.
