Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct activities within the operations team, focusing on efficient production and quality while upholding safety and company policies. You will contribute to lean initiatives and KPI management to optimize output and minimize waste.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of lean manufacturing, CNC basics, Excel, and MS Project, with experience improving KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, and scrap reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).

Responsibilities

• Direct activities within the operations team to ensure efficient production and quality while enforcing safety and policies.
• Plan production across different work centers and manage KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analyze lean manufacturing problems and drive improvements using tools like AMEF, VSM, 6S, SMED; maintain Excel and MS Project.
