Job summary

Ferrero Argentina is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and strong operational performance.

You will drive production plans, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant, manage KPIs, and lead cross‑functional teams to sustain high standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 5 years in production management, with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and SMED experience, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5 years experience in a Production Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving operational excellence.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture across the plant by leading by example and driving safety initiatives.
• Ensure production plans are executed on time, optimizing costs and guaranteeing product quality.
• Manage and control production factors to ensure stability and efficiency of the process.
• Participate in daily production meetings (SIM 3) and weekly production meetings (SIM 4).
• Lead and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
• Develop and manage the Production Master Plan, including Capex investments, KPI tracking, and operational objectives.
• Implement projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, SMED).
