AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and platform rules that drive outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows, while ensuring max reusability across clients and verticals. The role involves backlog management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise specifications with a technical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the loyalty platform, owning business logic and platform rules.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges during the product development lifecycle with creative solutions.
• Provide mechanisms to view and track team and product work progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision for development efforts and gain buy-in from business and technical audiences.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains and influence decisions.
