Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform.

You will own the business logic and platform rules, driving enterprise outcomes for clients while translating complex requirements into unambiguous specifications for AI-assisted development workflows. You will manage the product backlog, address challenges during development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize reusability and impact across clients

Qualifications

4+ years in Product Owner, BA, or PM roles.
Experience delivering web-based software, APIs, batch integrations, and real-time events.
Strong ability to translate complex business logic into clear specs for business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the loyalty platform, owning business logic and platform rules.
Translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
Manage the product backlog: dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and objectives.
Address challenges in the product lifecycle with cross-functional teams to keep development on track.
Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
Inspire buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.
Own and evolve the business logic across your domains, guiding platform decisions.
