Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects with web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise, shared specifications with a strong technical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the enterprise loyalty platform.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and objectives.
• Identify and address challenges during product development lifecycle and collaborate to keep development on track.
• Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and gain buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing domains of expertise.
