Qualificações

• 4+ years in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the loyalty platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated/AI-assisted development.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges during product development lifecycle with the team.
• Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Communicate vision and gain buy-in from business and technical audiences.
• Own and evolve the business logic for your domains, influencing technical and business decisions.
