AgileEngine is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications behind it. The role requires translating complex business requirements into precise specifications and driving Agile/Scrum delivery for web-based software, API, and real-time event-driven systems.

Competenze
- 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar.
- Experience driving Agile/Scrum for web/API/batch integrations and real-time systems.
- Ability to write precise specs with strong technical foundation.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Mansioni
- Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the loyalty platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications.
- Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and objectives.
- Identify and address challenges during the product development lifecycle.
- Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
- Share vision and buy-in from business and technical audiences.
- Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains.
