AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications that drive loyalty program outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will translate complex requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows, while ensuring maximum reusability across clients and verticals. This role offers flexible, hybrid work options.

Qualifications

4+ years in Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst/Product Manager roles.
Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery for web-based software, API, batch integrations, and real-time systems.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the loyalty platform, owning business logic and platform rules.
Translate complex business requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows, ensuring reusability across clients and verticals.
Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
Identify and address challenges during the product development lifecycle, collaborating with teams to keep development on track.
Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
Share vision for development efforts to gain buy-in from business and technical audiences.
Owns and evolves the business logic governing domains, guiding technical and business decisions alike.
