The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Product Owner/PM roles, deep Agile/Scrum experience with web software, APIs, batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems, and can translate complex requirements into precise, testable specs. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to drive enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise specifications and communicate them to both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the loyalty platform, owning business logic and platform rules.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications to guide automated and AI-assisted development.
• Manage the product backlog, dependencies, priorities, and milestones.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and keep development on track.
• Provide visibility into work progress across releases and milestones.
• Inspire buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels of the organization.
• Define and evolve the domain-specific business logic to guide platform decisions.
