Job summary

Deel is seeking a Product Operations Manager to bridge product and user-facing teams, increasing leverage and value delivery. You will build strong connections with support, sales and success teams, ensuring a tight feedback loop and direct engagement with key users to optimize product usage and outcomes.

You will lead large-scale initiatives, collect and prioritize product challenges, and work closely with product and engineering to shape future developments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product operations, product management, or related operational roles.
• Strong passion for user experience and ability to understand complex products.
• Experience analyzing data and user feedback to drive product improvements.
• Ability to translate user problems into solutions with empathy.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
• Basic technical knowledge of software development; experience with payment systems is a plus.
• Strong SQL and presentation skills.
