Job summary

Deel is the global payroll and HR platform enabling teams to hire and pay workers worldwide. As a sales professional, you will own end-to-end deals with mid-market to large customers, driving growth for Deel IT offerings and delivering value across global teams.

You will navigate complex negotiations, build strong relationships, and work within a dynamic, remote-first environment that serves customers across many countries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
• Proven ability to close B2B software-led product sales.
• Strong pipeline development and collaboration with a BDR.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Sell to MM customers (200–2,000 employees), ideally software-led products.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Communicate Deel IT value proposition clearly to win trust and close deals.
• Maintain ownership mindset and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
