Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to identify opportunities across the product-led funnel and build solutions using AI tools. You will prototype, ship experiments, measure outcomes, and scale successful growth loops across activation, monetization, and retention.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance, driving cross-functional impact while maintaining a strong product judgment and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth role across the product funnel (acquisition to retention).
• Track record growing B2C, subscription, or creator-economy products.
• Designed, launched, and analyzed A/B tests with measurable impact.
• Ability to move across product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and data.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and decide which ideas to test.
• Prototype and ship solutions using AI tools, and measure results.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance as needed.
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops for product, channel, partner, or lifecycle.
• Document learnings to inform next experiments and scale.
