Job summary

vidIQ seeks a hands-on Product Growth Lead to identify opportunities across the product-led funnel, prototype solutions with AI, ship experiments, and measure results to scale successful growth loops. You will own acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention with cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes building product experiences, participation across pricing and checkout improvements, and creating internal tools to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Proven growth experience for B2C or creator-focused products.
• Strong product judgment with ability to identify opportunities and run experiments.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into working product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete growth cycle from opportunity discovery through to scaling.
• Prototype and ship growth experiments using AI tools; measure results and decide next steps.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance to improve outcomes.
