Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to identify opportunities and build solutions across the product-led funnel—from acquisition to retention. You’ll prototype, ship experiments with AI tools, measure outcomes, and scale impactful work.

Ideal candidates have a track record growing B2C or creator-economy products, and you’ll own end-to-end growth loops across acquisition, onboarding, monetization, and retention in a remote, global setting.

Qualifications

• Experience growing B2C, prosumer, subscription, product-led, or creator-economy products.
• Builder with strong product judgment, ability to identify opportunities and turn ambiguous problems into working experiences.
• A/B testing experience with measurable activation, conversion, monetization, or retention improvements.
• Comfort moving across product, marketing, lifecycle, partnerships, and data without blocking teamwork.
• Use of AI and automation throughout workflow to research, prototype, build, and iterate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, decide which ideas to test, and recommend ramp/revise/stop actions.
• Prototype ideas and ship to production using frontier AI stack (Claude Code, Codex) and vidIQ deployment harness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance to improve outcomes.
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops for product, channel, partner, or lifecycle.
• Build an internal knowledge base of what was tried, learned, and scaled for smarter future experiments.
