vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to accelerate growth across the product-led funnel—from acquisition to retention. You will identify opportunities, prototype solutions using AI tools, ship experiments, and decide what to scale or stop.

You will own growth loops, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to turn experiments into durable, scalable outcomes that benefit creators worldwide.

Formación

• Experience growing B2C, prosumer, subscription, product-led, or creator-economy products.
• Ability to identify opportunities, decide what to test, and turn ambiguous problems into working experiences.
• Designed, launched, and analyzed A/B tests that measurably improved activation, conversion, monetization, or retention.

Responsabilidades

• Identify growth opportunities, choose ideas to test, and recommend ramp or stop.
• Prototype ideas and ship to production using a frontier AI stack.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance.
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops.
