Questrade Financial Group is seeking a Principal QA Engineer to shape a future-ready testing strategy. You will lead AI-powered QA initiatives, drive self-healing end-to-end tests, and guide cross-functional teams in adopting intelligent quality practices across cloud-native architectures.

You will mentor engineers, communicate risk with clear metrics, and collaborate with product owners to ensure high-quality software across the development lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in diverse QA engineering and leadership roles.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered testing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of AI testing tools for test generation and self-healing tests.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts for microservices and containerized apps.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement a strategy for leveraging AI in QA, including AI-driven test generation, visual regression, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Lead automation and optimization of testing feedback loops within CI/CD pipelines.
• Govern the use of AI tools in QA to ensure reliability and efficiency across teams.
• Mentor QA and software engineers to foster quality ownership.
