Ionic Partners seeks Principal AI-Native Engineers to design and build agentic systems powering multiple business functions. You will work on production-grade orchestration, grounding agents with machine-readable context, and ensuring scalable, safe operation in a live production environment.

You will ramp into existing live systems, extend them, and drive improvements across portfolios with a direct impact on business outcomes. This is a high-autonomy, senior IC role with no managerial track.

Formación

• Must have end-to-end ownership of systems you design, build, ship and operate.
• Experience operating production AI/Agentic systems with tracing, guardrails, and cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with domain experts to translate specs into agentic system designs.
• Design agent architectures, orchestration, and context management.
• Build, ship, and operate production agentic systems across business functions.
• Extend and harden in-house orchestration framework and QA agents.
• Create and maintain machine-readable context artifacts for products/customers.
